Terms and Conditions

• The artist retains all copyright of the finished artwork.
• The finished artwork may be used by the client for display and personal enjoyment only.
• No prints or copies shall be made, or profit gained in any way, from the finished artwork by the client, without the express written permission of the artist.
• The artist retains the right to use the image for advertising artistic services, through printed adverts (e.g. flyers) and digital/social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
• The artist retains the right to use the image on printed products (e.g. greetings cards, prints and other merchandise) where appropriate.​

• I can share updates while creating your portrait, if you wish.
• Please be advised that it may not be possible to rework a drawing and only minimal changes can be made to the original. I am happy to make adjustments for you which can be done.
• Please let me know if the drawing is a surprise present.

We provide free shipping via USPS Priority Mail to all of the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands.  We currently do not ship out of the United States. 

The portrait will be mounted in a high-quality archival standard matte, and it is placed in a cellophane envelope which protects it, makes it water resistant and keeps it free from any dust. I ensure it is wrapped in a way that means it will not get bent or damaged.

Reprints are 100% refundable within 14 days of receiving.  Customer is resonsible for return shipping.  Artwork must be returned back in the same condition it was received.
