Commissioned Art
I will capture the beauty and splendor of your horse.
Let’s Get Started.
How it works
My pet portraits are created on a commission basis for clients all over the country. Quality materials will be used to ensure that your portrait lasts for generations to come.
If you’re interested in having a commissioned piece of artwork created for your pet, please join my waitlist below. I am currently limiting my commissioned pieces to equine portraits only.
The wait list is limited and I will let you know the approximate time frame that I anticipate to begin your drawing, based on your place on the wait list.
After your commissioned time slot is secured, I ask for a 50% deposit to begin the drawing. The deposit is non-refundable. Upon completion, the remaining balance is required. Portraits will be shipped once the full balance has been paid (and cleared).
Sizing and Pricing
I offer three different sizes: 8”x10”, 9”x12”, and 11”x14” (Additional sizes may be available upon request). Your choice may depend on the number of subjects in your portrait and your budget. You can also choose whether you would like a head/neck portrait or a full body portrait.
Base prices for commissioned portraits are: 8”x10” $400; 9”x12” $690; 11”x14” $1,000. After I receive your photos, I will email you your quote. There will be a contract to sign with the terms and conditions. See terms and conditions.
Photos
I work from several photos of your pet, to make sure that I capture their personality and features.
Choose clear photographs that show your pet’s personality. If you can’t decide on which photos, or need any help, you can email me your photographs and we can discuss them.
Please, make sure the photos are of the best quality, clear and with good details to ensure the best possible portrait. If the reference photos are of poor quality, too dark or too bright, then the drawing will not be as good as it could be. All photos need to be closeup and not far away. This ensures that your commission will be of the highest quality.
Deadlines
I will do my best to be flexible with deadlines. If you need to have your portrait by a certain date, please let me know when you inquire.
I will do my very best to work with you to achieve creating your perfect portrait. Once your commission is complete, I will send you a message with a photo of your finished portrait for your review.
